From 2027 onwards: Each team will be required to participate in at least one regional tournament in order to qualify for the National Championship.

Bundled in the registration fee for teams new to RoboMission. Reusable across competition years — returning teams keep their existing kit and pay a lower registration fee. Extra bricksets can be added in Step 2 at Ksh 15,000 each.
